Every product is custom-made to order with care and produced specially after your purchase is placed.

Order Processing

  • Please allow 2 to 4 business days for production and processing before shipment.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, sales periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines within India:

  • Metro cities: 4 to 7 business days
  • Other locations: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Vanguard Studio is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • unavailable recipients
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refused deliveries

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages depending on product availability and fulfilment locations.

Please note:

  • Colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings and printing processes
  • Product mockups are for illustrative purposes only
  • slight variations in print placement, scale, or colour tone may occur in the final printed product

These small variations are normal in the print-on-demand process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process replacements quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • clear photos of the product
  • photos of the packaging
  • photos of the shipping label if requested

Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution.
