At Vanguard Studio, every product is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. Because our products are custom-printed on demand, each item is produced individually and cannot be restocked or resold.
We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Print On Demand Products
All products sold by Vanguard Studio are custom-made after an order is placed.
As a result, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Incorrect colour selected by the customer
- An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Personal preference after delivery
- Minor variations in colour caused by screen settings, photography, or printing processes
Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing your purchase.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will gladly review requests for a replacement or refund if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product contains a manufacturing defect
- The product is misprinted
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
3. Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, where applicable
Claims submitted without sufficient photographic evidence may take longer to process.
4. Review and Resolution
Once we receive your claim, our team will carefully review the information provided.
If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:
- Replacement product
- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval, although processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Payment Policy
Vanguard Studio currently accepts prepaid orders only.
Payment must be completed before an order enters production.
Orders will not be processed, printed, packaged, or shipped until payment has been received and verified.
We do not currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
7. Order Cancellations
Because all products are custom-made to order, cancellation requests can only be considered before production begins.
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we will do our best to assist, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
8. Exchanges
Because all products are custom-made specifically for each order, we do not generally offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes
- Different colours
- Different designs
- Customer preference changes
Exchanges may only be considered where a product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
9. Return Shipping
In most approved cases involving damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled products, customers may not be required to return the item before a replacement or refund is issued.
Where a return is required, we will provide specific instructions.
Unauthorised returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
10. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment appears lost in transit or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us.
We will work with our fulfilment and courier partners to investigate the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.
